 "Improved Live Cell Imaging Applications: Novel technology is an effective way for researchers to utilize live cell imaging in their experiments." A live cell imaging method that continuously captures the images of cells over time has recently been applied in various research and development settings. The purpose of this study was to check the effectiveness of the live cell imaging system on the applications such as monitoring 3D multicellular model, subcellular location, and cytotoxic activity of immune cell. The live cell imaging using Celloger® Mini Plus made it possible to observe the cells in real time inside an incubator and capture the time-lapse images of cells in multiple positions.
