software in whole or in part. Violation may subject you to criminal prosecution and damages
under Article 136 of the Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
- 3. Prohibition on External Sharing of Download Links

The download link delivered to your email is for personal use only. Sharing via social media,
messaging platforms, or email forwarding is strictly prohibited. Liability for unauthorized use
from link sharing rests solely with the individual who shared it.
- 4. Consent Record and Legal Effect

By agreeing, you confirm you have read and will comply with all provisions. Your agreement
timestamp, account information, and IP address will be automatically recorded and may be
used as legal evidence in the event of a dispute.
- Consequences of Violation

Upon confirmation of a violation, Curiosis Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend
your account and revoke all download privileges. Curiosis Inc. may further pursue civil
claims for damages and/or initiate criminal proceedings against the responsible party.
- Disclaimer of Liability for Link Tampering and Security Risks

Curiosis Inc. bears no liability for any data loss, system damage, or server failure resulting
from third-party cyberattacks (including link tampering, phishing, or MITM attacks) that
cause the user to download malicious software. The user is solely responsible for verifying
the authenticity of the download link through official channels prior to installation.
